It seems like it has been a while since this site has been updated. I think it would be more useful too if you could find some basic/important information pertaining to the town such as:
-Trash pickup days (for newcomers)
-When sticker renewals are do
-PDF copies of forms such as the new emergency contact form
-Monthly updates from the Mayor/Villiage Hall about events or new policies
-Police blotter similar to what is posted in the Freeburg Tribune each week
-Contact Information for Villiage Hall/Police Station/more organizations
Maybe some of this involves getting the organizations/businesses of the town to be more involved in the site but maybe we should ask for more cooperation to get more useful/recent information posted.
Does anyone else have an opinion on this?

Great ideas! I'll do what I can to get your list implemented. The problem is, Smithton.Net is quite a drain on my resources. I've been way too busy lately trying to survive to put a lot of time into it.
I'm very open to any suggestions people have. I'm even more open to people helping! If you've got ideas, let me know!
